Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Specialist to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing high-quality and compliant bid submissions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring all proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor public and private sector tender portals to identify relevant business opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements to determine bid feasibility.
- Prepare, review, and submit complete tender and proposal documents in compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams, to gather the required information and documentation.
- Ensure all bid submissions meet quality standards and are delivered within the specified deadlines.
- Prepare commercial and administrative documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update a repository of tender templates, supporting documents, certifications, and previous submissions.
- Track submitted tenders and coordinate responses to client clarifications, amendments, or negotiations.
- Stay updated on procurement regulations and tendering procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve tender preparation processes and enhance proposal quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, proposal development, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures, government procurement regulations, and tender platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
