We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals while contributing to real business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across the MENA region.
- Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer information and activities.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching activities.
Requirements
- Senior university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest in B2B sales, EdTech, Learning & Development, or SaaS solutions.
