Job Summary
SkillUp MENA is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support long-term retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to ensure they maximize the value of our learning solutions while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding and implementation processes
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Conduct customer training sessions and product walkthroughs
- Monitor account health and proactively address customer concerns
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track customer success KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Resolve customer issues efficiently in coordination with support teams
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data
- Experience in learning and development or education is considered a plus
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
