About the Role
SkillUp MENA is looking for a skilled HubSpot CRM & RevOps Specialist to take ownership of our CRM environment and help optimize how we capture, qualify, nurture, and convert leads across the MENA region. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing and sales operations while ensuring HubSpot is actively leveraged as a strategic growth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM environment
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and system organization
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and lead nurturing sequences
- Manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and lead assignment logic
- Create dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health and conversion performance
- Support marketing and sales alignment through CRM optimization
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms and business tools
- Conduct CRM audits and improve operational efficiency
- Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or RevOps
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and automation workflows
- Understanding of lead management, segmentation, and lifecycle stages
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with CRM integrations and sales enablement tools is preferred
- HubSpot certifications are considered an advantage
