Job Summary
SkillUp MENA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Presales Solution Engineer to support our sales team in designing and presenting innovative learning and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities by understanding client requirements, preparing tailored solution proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from presales to project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle to identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable learning and technology solutions.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges, technical requirements, and learning objectives.
- Design customized solution architectures using SkillUp MENA's learning platforms and services.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to prospective clients.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and statements of work.
- Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide technical guidance during commercial negotiations and client meetings.
- Stay up to date with market trends, LMS technologies, e-learning solutions, AI-powered learning tools, and competitor offerings.
- Support knowledge sharing by developing demo environments, presentation materials, and internal documentation.
- Ensure a smooth handover from the presales phase to implementation teams after project closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SaaS platforms, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise clients across the MENA region is an advantage.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications is preferred.
