Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise or key accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, Learning & Development, or HR solutions is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling across the MENA region.
- Arabic and English fluency (written and spoken).
