Job Summary
SkillUp MENA is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive sustainable organic growth across search engines and AI-powered search experiences. The ideal candidate will lead SEO strategy development, optimize website performance, improve search visibility, and support qualified lead generation through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content including blogs, case studies, and landing pages
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Track and report SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions
- Implement ethical backlink and link-building strategies
- Apply structured data and Schema Markup best practices
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to integrate SEO into digital initiatives
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI-driven search technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and content optimization
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and WordPress
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and page speed optimization
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript related to SEO implementation
- Experience with performance analysis, CRO, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of EEAT principles and modern search engine ranking factors
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
