About the Opportunity

SkillUp MENA is expanding its network of professional Trainers, Consultants, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers, and Coaches to support the design and delivery of high-quality learning and development solutions across the MENA region.

We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about knowledge sharing, capability building, and creating measurable impact through training, consulting, coaching, and instructional design. Selected candidates will collaborate with our team on a variety of corporate, academic, and government projects delivered onsite, remotely, or through hybrid models depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops
• Develop customized learning materials, presentations, and assessments
• Provide expertise in specialized subject areas
• Create structured learning journeys aligned with learning objectives
• Deliver individual and group coaching sessions
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional training experience
• Proven experience working within GCC markets
• Experience with corporate and/or government entities is preferred
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in instructional design and learning development is an advantage
• GCC residency is considered a plus
  

Work Model

Projects may be delivered onsite, remotely, or in hybrid formats depending on client and project requirements.
